2011 November, 23rd update

1/ North South 2 level freeway with ground level heading south and level on stilts heading north. With no traffic lights, give way or stop signs for vehicles on freeway. ($500million/year). From Main North road around western side of North Adelaide across the west park lands to Goodwood Road. East west underpasses as required.

2//High speed fenced off coastal freight and passenger rail line on stilts from Perth to Adelaide to Melbourne with overpasses at all road intersections ($1billion per year for 10 years). 3/$200million for paved malls for Gouger Street and east Rundle Street.
Wider foot-paths mall for outdoor dining either side of one way taxi only lane and single taxi lane for Hindley Street.

Take away intoxicants license with $100 per liter of alcohol content or 500% sales levy redeemable with taxi on all other intoxicants added to photo and fingerprint ID intoxicants license for taxi voucher. Unlicensed consumption of drugs of intoxication only available for consumption at licensed venue or resorts paying the levy to addict rehab services and taxi home services. Drinking water fountains every 100 meters in all malls and venues.

4/up-grade bus shelters to make tidy and matte finish.

6/Right of citizens to apprenticeship with own choice of corporation and student allowance.

7/ $300million for removal of wall around and redevelopment of government house and opening up of government house lawns for public rallies rather than blocking North Terrace. Upgrade of Government House to provide city accommodation and offices for all members of parliament, with guidance from the Queen. Tunnel under King William Street to parliament house. Double size of the state parliament house to the north and west for parliamentary offices.


8/ Large live video monitor in each corner of each parliament chamber, so members would tend to look towards the chair-person, and to make politicians see the true themselves. Video camera vehicle rear vision camera mandatory in S.A. To have images transposed to be as looking at real object (instead of normal reverse image mirror) to make drivers calm and anti-confrontational.

9/Government.-
Voting voluntary from age 10 and compulsory from age 20.
1 x National budget making parliament with 1,000 house of representatives single member electorates; and 1,000 member senate elected to single national electorate, half elected every 2 years.
10 networked state parliaments citizens assembly, 10 state House of Jurists appointed by randomly selection of 10 members from each of 10 biggest parties by membership in each of 10 states, [ 100 Jurists in each state], plus 10 state House of Lords comprising 100 Lords for national parliament house of Lords from each state by virtue of being one appointment by each of the 100 biggest private company employers in the state by payroll.
1,000 Local councils having 20 councilor, 1 male and 1 female appointed by each of the 10 largest parties by membership. Mayor to sit in lower house of national parliament

10/Open Torrens weir and let water flow or flood naturally through wet-lands of native plants. Adelaide oval built for television appearance with seating for 10,000 with roof over grandstands extending to edge of oval and no roof over lawns to allow rain and sun in for grass to grow. No park lands car park. Public transport on demand stations at adelaide oval. Extension of Private Adelaide Zoo and Botanic gardens into combined native wildlife sanctuary in Botanic Park, fund tax payers choice of private wildlife sanctuary from levy of 1% of income and equal to other gifts and estates inherited.

11/Cap payments for public service at $1,000 per week and reduce by $10 per week each year.

12/ Political party members allowed to donate a regular amount of $50 or more every two weeks.


13/ City international motorsport track on the plentiful South East Park Lands: Permanent non street circuit in figure 8 configuration with gentle underpass and gentle overpass with 3 meters clearance.100m sand pit on either side of 50 meter wide track. Closing of Wakefield Street crossing track using Bartels Street cheaper than underpass. Hairpin bend between near Bartels Road pit strait and grandstand over pit strait along Dequetteville Tce. Long grand stand next to Fullarton road from former Wakefield St to Greenhill road. Seems to me to be the perfect spot, the Grand prix was crazy pulling up and replacing infrastructure each year, there is plenty of room for a superb permanent land mark track and grandstands for 10-20,000 without interfering with any traffic at all. The perfect fast Daytona x medium winding Grand Prix x winding SuperCars track with wide track and more sand pits for safety.

14/ Put police cameras to record faces of all who have visit or loitered around our used public toilets as a trap to bash genuine visitors. I was bashed and had severe headache torture for 20 by blacks who used the Whitmore Square toilet as a human trap which i had to use to pee when i was homeless.
