All people who have entered Australia in the last 50 years as a refugee must report for duty at their local police station for conscription into training, deployment, and employment in their country of ancestry as NATO soldiers or Red Cross aid workers, leave Australia, or pay $400 per week or $500,000 or own a dwelling worth over $1,000,000 in Australia to stay in Australia as a citizen or be subject to execution as a fugitive from the legitimate legal process in their country of ancestry by lynching by any Australian citizens who have the right to bear arms.

The galaxy has about 1 billion stars like earth. At least 10 million have planets with water, 100,000 million have warm water for a billion years, about 1,000 have intelligent life forms for 1,000,000 years, and about 1 have faster than light speed technology required to reach Earth. The collection of artifacts such as skulls and herbs would seem barbaric but so did our early explorers. Not tested by love, disease, famine, personal responsibility, and war extra terrestrial races may have become sterile through thousands of millennium of health, welfare, and reproductive rights. Genetic engineering can achieve dramatic improvements in the short term. But sexual reproduction is much better at long term survival of robust life. Extra terrestrials may have abducted humans to breed. Earth is seen as a farm of superior genes. Full and open public disclosure of our interactions with extra terrestrials is needed so we can together demand payment for our gene trade. $1trillion / year could be earned by extra terrestrials from the selling to us their craft and technologies. Extra terrestrials are attempting to protect us from a major solar event.

Blacks have only become genetically superior to whites because the health, welfare, and infertility services in white countries have allowed infertile sick whites to survive and breed. Requirement that all reproduction be by fit and fertile blue eyed, blond haired, whites without assistance or interference would see babies have the best of both worlds, superior genes, with the color advantages of being blond blue eyed whites,- caring, creative, beauty.

The ethnic cleansing of blacks from Australia would reduce crime. A double standard has existed where our bravest white soldiers have died fighting for black rights while blacks have taken our soldiers white wives and homes. Australia should provide aid for the conscription all refugees to Australia into NATO soldiers and the Red Cross as aid workers. Black refugees should fight for their own rights. Christmas Island with $50b or Australian assistance could become a training camp to train refugees as soldiers and aid workers for one year. Refugees refusing or refused training, foreign national service or to leave Australia should be restricted to a massive refugee camp on Christmas island with provision of only tents, rations, and toilets. All would be eventually sent home with assistance from Australia or executed if a fugitive from a legal government. The international refugee convention has granted any fugitive from the law the right to refugee status and the reward of residence in Australia. Parliament should rescind and not participate in this treaty under the power in the constitution of External Affairs. Their is no such thing as international law except for the law of the sea, only sovereign national law. International agreements have given black thugs superior rights to white producers. Black criminals have destroyed countries, as blacks are destructive, thuggish, backward, criminals, infected with disease. The prosperous, advanced countries are all build by fair complexion, blond hair, and blue eyed people. Becoming a dumping ground for the worlds problems has devalued Australia. Fair complexion citizen countries should pay a combined 5% of GDP or about $1 Trillion per year for $2.50 per day rations to about 1 billion black refugees to go home.

The cost of allowing 50,000 refugees which are black into Australia each year is 50,000 x ((dilution of mineral resources and fixed assets such as public housing of $1,000,000 per refugee) + ($40,000 health and welfare cost per year x 25 years on average = $1,000,000) per refugee) = The cost to Australia of each years intake of black refugees is $100billion. I am not against helping refugees, and even refugee migration to Australia as long as the refugee pays a residency fee of $200 per week. Australian citizenship for a migrant would require the applicant be fair and pay a citizenship fee of $1,000,000. The benefit of 50,000 income earning [fair] migrants x ($1,000,000 citizenship fee)+ (Home and other construction worth $1,000,000) + ( propensity for productivity $100,000 per year x 20 years = $2,000,000 ) of 50,000 [fair] paying migrants is about $200billion per years intake. For the best bang for the buck we could have saved 1,000 x more black refugees by repatriating reliant refugees to their country of ancestry and sending food aid in exchange for sterilization by injection [Gonex] and protection for refugee camps. [ Blacks have had a birth rate over 4 times that of the white population. ] Racism has been in blacks favor in terms of priority welfare and housing. If race is the only reason a person receives housing or welfare it should be in favor of whites.

Blacks are more racist than whites. Blacks would be excluded if we require payment by migrants of $100,000 for migration, or construct $1million in housing or pay $200 per week. Aboriginals blacks have had a racist permit system which has allowed only blacks into certain communities in Northern Australia. Merit based on propensity, the constitution, and reciprocation would allow only fair Australians into southern Australia. Merit would allow a subsidized free market in genetic material which would would allow parents to freely choose fair children, we should abolish purely racist evil race affirmative action which has required people be black, sterile, infested, and gay to receive infertility treatment. [ The most valuable thing we would have for an alien civilization would be our fertile people. Such as affirmative action employment policies. Allowing employers to discriminate on the basis of merit, ability, productivity, and care, would exclude 90% of blacks from work and private schools. Racial profiling would eliminate crime and condemn all blacks as un-productive thugs. If we make Aboriginal land holdings equal to leasehold and in proportion to the black aboriginal population, aboriginals could be stripped of their racist privileges to land and minerals which should belong to the commonwealth as with if on fair persons property. I support economic empowerment of black aboriginals in black aboriginal community owned native title areas permitted to engage in or gain from prostitution, fighting, gambling, drugs of intoxication, tobacco, voluntary suicide, and abortion, not allowed by whites. This would keep thugs off our city streets.

From my own perspective I have never physically harmed a black person. Most Australians have rather honored and supported blacks with a propensity for infecting others with aids, religious authoritarianism, drug pushing, and pimping as refugees than protect white farmers who feed 1000 x more people, or white builders who build 10x the number, 10x the size, and 10x the quality of buildings and white engineers who build 1000x more productive farm implements and water infrastructure compared to blacks who are not only not productive in general but destructive of these assets in their environment. Back when i was homeless i had black sympathies but was at least 3 times severely bashed, once poisoned, and once drugged [by what was said to be alcohol] to be raped by black people or people with sympathies with black people, and more times accosted in the street. Black thug activism and culture is no guarantee of safety from black crimes. One poisoning by black Maori racist thugs left me sterilized and one sustained bashing attempt on my life by a very black Aboriginal racist thugs left me with a brain hemorrhage non stop severe headache torture for 15 years which caused other mental health problems, I now have found my own cure; the nutrient phenylalanine and the drug Aspirin on an empty stomach to reduce the headaches and glucose injections completely eliminate the back and neck pain i had. Public servants with black racist thug sympathies have cowered to black propaganda culture stand-over to refuse aid to me or made threats against me unless i have said blacks are superior because they have had black spouses. I am becoming more more vocal about the black menace 20 years later. Allowed non productive and welfare reliant black refugees and aboriginals into white Australia was nieve. We have conscripted our young to die for blacks. In exchange black refugees have taken our homes. Friendship with blacks has led to injury, dispossession, poverty, and pain for white Australians. Australian citizenship has been devalued. Productive and relaxed fair migrants are losing out to harder working more righteous but less productive and more destructive black refugees. If more supporters of racist rights for black refugees and black refugees go homeless we would soon become aware that black thuggery has become a constant menacing, danger loitering in the darkness. When i was homeless, i wasn't the only young white person bashed, others suffered my and worse fate. Black thugs have been given priority over white working Australia to welfare, income, and housing. Blacks have 1000+ the propensity for raping whites, as whites have for being raped by blacks, [USA crime statistics]. Blacks have over 10 x the propensities for violent aggression against whites. And left me; a polite, decent, fair Australian citizen income-less, homeless, starved, exposed, bashed, and raped for doing hard voluntary church work. The average black farmer is a hunter and gatherer with negative new production, The average white farmer produces over 1,000 x more food. The average white builder in a white community is 1,000 x more productive than the the average lack builder in a black community. Whites treat women with more respect, and feed the world (even though many blacks work harder). Dispossessed of their creations white farmers are thrown out on the streets to be starved with false accusations of racism (selection on the basis of merit may affect the racial mix in favor of fair people). Blacks defend bashing, guns, robbery, infection, backwardness, raping, knifing rights. [In a large survey of the sexual habits of black South Africans 25% of blacks admitted to having raped someone with a 75% under-reporting rate[ From the BBC]. Blacks expected their partners to be raped, gain aids and die. With 20x the white rate of aids. Blacks on average die 30 years younger. The average black person infects 20 for every 1 person infected by a white person. Blacks have had on average 5 x the birth rate of whites in recent decades. The definition of a refugee is someone who is a fugitive from the law in a depraved country. Black refugees to Australia should be conscripted and paid by Australia to serve as a soldier or aid worker serving the legitimate government of the refugees country of ancestry or be executed as war criminals. White Christians should reciprocate and black Muslims should thank the white Christians for removing monsters from within the black Muslim community. Australian students in Australia have been twice as likely to be physically assaulted or murdered as Indian students in Australia of the same age, and Australian tourists in India have been over 10 times as likely to be robbed, bashed or murdered as India compared to Indian tourists in Australia. Indians also have also had a propensity for lieing and bad workmanship, relying on worthless certificates of qualifications for advancement in the Indian class based society.
